.Abstract
Uno de los debates vetustos en la crítica y la teoría literaria se da en torno a la relevancia que tendría el autor dentro del fenómeno literario. Jérôme Meizoz, escritor y teórico literario, en su libro Posturas literarias. Puestas en escena moder-nas del autor,publicado originalmente en 2007 y recientemente traducido impeca-blemente por el profesor Juan Zapata (quien también realiza una introducción que repara en las diversas fuentes que en este libro el autor revisa), propone la noción de postura para retomar el estudio de la figura autorial. La raíz de este debate se encuentra precisamente en la ejecución de la postura de Mallarmé, quien conside-raba que el lenguaje rebasaba cualquier intención del autor por “imponer” su yo. Más tarde Valéry, Freud y Breton compartirían el postulado y a mediados del siglo pasado Bourdieu, Barthes y Foucault precisarían lo que debía entenderse por autor y de dónde provendría dicha noción.
