El uso de metáforas en tres artículos académicos de educación virtual

RESUMEN Las metáforas en artículos acádemicos electrónicos es una perspectiva de estudio del discurso especializado, en el marco de la retórica de la ciencia. Tema importante en la configuración de un manual de redacción y en la formación de editores e investigadores que deben escribir para publicar en entornos virtuales.Para la investigación se eligió una muestra intencional de tres artículos artículos académicos. Se aplicó como marco de indagación la clasificación de las metáforas de Lakoff y Johnson: estructurales, orientacionales y ontológicas.
ABSTRACT This article is a progress report on a research project entitled A Writing and Editing Handbook for Digital Environments. This project is carried out by the Social Communication Program, at the Fundación Universitaria Católica del Norte. The use of metaphors in online academic articles is an approach to analyze the specialized discource, as part of the rhetoric of Science. It is a relevant issue both in the design of a writing handbook and in the training of editors and researches who have to write for publications on virtual environments. To do this research, an intentional sample selected from three academic articles was taken. It was also implemented, as part of the investigation, the classification of metaphors of Lakoff & Johnson: structural, ontological and orientational.Downloads
