Abstract

This article analyzes the most important manifestations of constitutionalization in civil law, stressed in spain civil law. Then, this will begin with the study of civil institutions that nowadays are in the Constitution ( for example: family, marriage, private property, intheritance, protection of minors, consumers). Later, we will study some problems of civil law, like derogation of civil norms preconstitutional, filiation, equality between marital and extramarital offspring and constitutional reiterpretation of civil norms, that are made by spain judges.
