The syndicalism, as institutionalized figure, has been disputed by the civil society, because that incapacity for the social articulation, the gremial weakness, and the deficient representation of the workers and the all society in their public and social interests. For that reason, the political representation scenarios could be make a new path to the strengthening of the social objet, a strategy for the conservation of their actual claims or just a desperate action that tries to avoid its own disappearance. For that reason this work explores the role, the value and the political representation, the union leader’s political participation levels and modalities in popular election charges in Colombia, recognizing the last trend, in the last decade, of a vanished syndicalism although individually represented by a few leader in decision scenarios.
