Abstract

The purpose ofthis article is to make a critical analysis about what tumed into a "festival", during the last two decades, of constitutional reforms in Argentina and the provinces that compose it. There took place, in all provinces and all over the country, at least one constitutional reform between 1983 and 2003 and they discussed, before and after, many reform proposals, ofwhich discussion goes on in present time.

Therefore, it tries to analyse the causal for this excess and the negative legal and political consequences thatthis "festival" brings.
