Lawfare from the Philosophy of Liberation. Legal Wars Against Democracy

In this work we turn the research experience on the practices conventionally called “Lawfare”, we seek a more precise definition, we analyze the phenomena that articulates this type of practices, we try to understand its logic overall by resorting to the category of “device” from a critical and located in our región thought, from the decolonizing turn of social sciences as an affectation of democracy and the constitutional state of law. Also as a symptom of crisis of the modern relationship between law and truth in its basic claims. Finally, we begin a reflection on the subject from the perspective of the philosophy of liberation
