“Intelligence labors”. The deployment concept

The deployment concept tries to give an account about of some agencies of the “penal system” calls “intelligence labors”. Deployment is a dispositive which has inside a carte blanche that qualify a commando to make a constitutive and performative decision covered by the surprise and the secret through that exerts a concentrated punitive force which qualifies a situation how suspicious and executes an operative course. The performative decision is a cystic dispositive in an exception state is by one side a legal image which questions the ruler paradigm. And by the other side contracts in one moment and maneuver the “phases” of the “criminalization process” make by the “penal system”. The punitive character of the suspect and the operative course of the deployment show that the “intelligence labors” punish chasing and adulterates the way to see the offense, the process and the penalty by the normal budgets

Estudios de Derecho is governed by the following regulation: Political Constitution of Colombia, article 61; Law 23 of 1982, articles 1 and 2; Law 44 of 1993, chapter II, article 6 and chapter IV, article 51; Law 599 of 2000 through which the Penal Code is issued, articles 270, 271 and 272. In addition, the journal is governed by the guidelines of the National Copyright Directorate and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for Colombia. Finally, it abides by Rectoral Resolution 21231 of 5 August, 2005, through which the Statute on Intellectual Property is issued.
