Abstract

This article is part of the research «Analysis about the 'Legal Hermeneutic, concept, which get start from the ambiguity of the 'Legal Hermeneutic concept and make a descriptive terminological analysis and textual linguistic of it. This writing only presents the textual linguistic analysis about nine sentences of the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice -Annulment Penal Room-, the study of certain manipulations observed about the conversational principles presented by Grice (1982) and speech acts (Searle, 1979,2001). Finally it shows the existing relation between the said by Grice and Searle and the possibility of affecting people who are being legally processed.
