Call for Papers: The Vienna School of Legal Theory and the Legacy of Hans Kelsen

Submissions may address –but are not limited to– the following topics:

• Metatheoretical perspectives on the pure theory of law and the scientific program of the Vienna School.
• Regional or national receptions of Kelsen and/or the Vienna School’s works.
• Theoretical studies on Kelsen or on authors such as Merkl, Verdross, Sander, and others.
• Doctrinal analyses, particularly in public law, informed by Kelsenian or Viennese approaches.
• Contributions on political theory, democracy, the State, or legal science inspired by this intellectual tradition.

Manuscripts may be submitted in Spanish, or Portuguese.
