Las instituciones educativas, casi todas
ellas como las conocemos hasta
ahora, son hijas legítimas de la Modernidad,
expresan sus proyectos y sus sentires.
Esto quiere decir que la Modernidad se refleja
en sus instituciones educativas y que éstas
retroalimentan a la Modernidad. La Modernidad
ha soñado con la homogeneidad, con la igualdad,
con la estandarización, con la matematización
de la vida, con el progreso, con la ciencia
como emblema de la producción humana.
