Lo bueno, lo malo y lo feo del 1444

Se presenta una corta revisión de los antecedentes del Decreto 1444 y se da cuenta de un intento fallido de recopilar información sobre el impacto y los imaginarios de los profesores de la Universidad de Antioquia sobre el tema. Se realizó una encuesta, muy corta, como base para iniciar el diálogo y se programó un coloquio para socializar los resultados y recoger información adicional. Ambas estrategias fracasaron por ausencia de respuestas y de audiencia, respectivamente. Este ensayo no tiene otra pretensión que motivar de nuevo la reflexión al respecto, a modo de preparación para enfrentar los cambios que presentará el gobierno, conjuntamente con la reforma de la Ley 30 de 1992.
