El Foro Mundial de Educación de Buenos Aires fue un evento extraordinario. Más de 13 mil participantes se hicieron presentes, cada día, en sus más de 250 mesas de debate, en sus paneles, talleres y conferencias. Participaron delegaciones de toda la Argentina, Uruguay, Brasil, Bolivia, Chile, Perú, México, Colombia, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Cuba, Italia,
España y otros países....
