Impacto de la cocreación de valor sobre las organizaciones deportivas en Antioquia

A partir de un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales bajo mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS-SEM), se analizó el impacto de la creación de valor en el desempeño de las organizaciones deportivas sin fines de lucro (ODSL). La muestra de datos incluyó a gerentes deportivos y administrativos (n = 201) de diferentes ligas deportivas en Antioquia (Colombia). Los resultados sugieren que las ligas deportivas en Antioquia cocrean valor al desarrollar bienes, productos y servicios con consumidores y proveedores, y tienen un impacto significativo en su creación de valor en múltiples dimensiones, especialmente en la dimensión de nuevas capacidades. Este artículo trata sobre cómo se cocrea en clubes y organizaciones deportivas. Además, identifica la cocreación de valor como un factor determinante en la capacidad de las organizaciones deportivas para incrementar su valor organizacional. Este estudio constituye un aporte valioso para la gestión deportiva en Suramérica y puede ser utilizado por las organizaciones deportivas como una herramienta de trabajo útil para su gestión.
