Construção de Comunidade por meio de Esportes no Bairro Popular 1

O objetivo deste estudo é identificar as estratégias de gestão desportiva comunitária utilizadas por líderes desportivos no bairro Popular 1 para promover a capacidade de construir comunidade. Para esse efeito, recorreu-se a um design qualitativo com uma abordagem de estudo de caso múltiplo explicativo, que incluiu os cinco líderes desportivos do bairro que desenvolveram programas desportivos entre 2015 e 2022, bem como os participantes desses programas. Os dados foram recolhidos através de entrevistas semiestruturadas e grupos focais, com garantia de anonimato através de codificação. Os resultados mostram que as estratégias desportivas se concentram em criar oportunidades para evitar a repetição de situações de conflito e divisões territoriais. As conclusões destacam que as estratégias de gestão desportivas utilizadas pelos líderes esportivos incluem a realização de torneios bairro, a colaboração com corporações comunitárias e a inclusão de voluntários em programas de treino e competição.
