Abstract

The article points to the limitations of two traditions within political liberalism regarding the question of distributive justice in the context of Latín America. The author shows the necessity of restating the concept of justice, in order to obtain a more adequate normative basis for the evaluation and criticism of the particular forms of distribution of social possessions existing at present.
