A Master Plan Proposal to Reopen Hospital San Juan de Dios (La Hortúa) in Bogota, Colombia

Se esboza a continuación una serie de ideas tendientes a delimitar un plan maestro para reabrir el Hospital San Juan de Dios de Bogotá, conocido también como La Hortúa. Esta intención obedece al deseo de aportar una serie de elementos que con seguridad tendrán que enfrentar las instituciones y personas que constituyan los equipos de trabajo que se integren cuando se den las condiciones necesarias para definir los planes de apertura de esta emblemática institución. La propuesta, que se presenta aquí de manera organizada y susceptible de ordenarse posteriormente de manera tabulada en formato de cuadros, ha sido elaborada por el autor para facilitar la identificación de campos de trabajo y actividades que requieren atención por parte de diferentes especialistas. Estos deben abordar diversas fases y encargos que habrán de integrar el cronograma por quienes asuman la responsabilidad de dirigir y orientar el proceso de reapertura del Hospital en los próximos años.
