Epoxidación de limoneno con catalizadores heterogéneos de Mo y W

Abstract

Varios complejos de tungsteno y molibdeno heterogeneizados en hidrotalcitas, resinas de intercambio iónico y en polivinilpiridina, se evaluaron en la epoxidación de limoneno con peróxido de hidrógeno acuoso. Se exploró el efecto del solvente en la conversión y selectividad hacia epóxidos. De acuerdo con la selectividad observada los sistemas catalíticos utilizados se clasificaron de acuerdo con su electrofilicidad. Se usaron diferentes técnicas de caracteri­zación, DRX, IR, RAMAN, para confirmar la incorporación de los complejos metálicos a los respectivos soportes y chequear la cristalinidad del material.
