New format for the submission of the manuscripts and the copyright transfer agreement

To facilitate and ensure the correct submission of your work, our Journal has implemented a combined format for the submission of the manuscript and the copyright transfer agreement. In the format, the authors are encouraged to suggest national and international experts in the topic, even though they may not part of the process of reviewing the work. The author must clearly indicate the topic according to the guide’s journal.
