Abstract

This paper presents a method for modelling integrated knowledge fl ows into a software process in a Cuban organization located at Villa Clara province following a selection, registration and analysis sequence. The principle of those processes is the application area of knowledge. From that point of view, dependences between activities and their profi le are found fi rst, thus the required resources are identifi ed and the tacit or explicit bearers are defi ned too. The support provided to the activities for the knowledge core process is assessed and the coherence of that process is quantitative and qualitatively analyzed.
