La perspectiva cultural de la investigación. Un enfoque diferente y una autocrítica

Cundo se plantea el problema de la investigación científica en la Universidad, las primeras y más frecuentes consideraciones sobre sus incipientes esta de desarrollo, remite a carencias; falta de investigadores, falta de equipos, falta de presupuesto, falta de infraestructura administrativa, falta de bibliografía, falta de estímulo y del tiempo para el profesorado, y muchas otras del miso estilo. Con base en este tipo de planteamientos, desde la década del sesenta se han diseñado políticas y se han llevado a cabo programas tendientes a resolver tales como entrenamientos a instigadores en el exterior, adquisición de equipos y de revistas especializadas, dotación de elaboración y recientemente, la creación de Cetros de Investigación en la mayoría de las Facultades y la asignación de partidas para la investigación en el presupuesto anual de la universidad.Downloads
