En este artículo se exponen los principales aportes del Dr. Taguchi en el área de la ingeniería de la calidad así como los principios y metodología del diseño de parámetros. El diseño de parámetros, donde se utiliza la relación señal-ruido dinámica, se ha aplicado para mejorar la robustez del mecanizado de acero en una máquina de control numérico. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que esta herramienta resulta eficaz para mejorar la calidad a bajo costo.Downloads
