Climat éthique bienveillant et auto-efficacité au travail. La médiation de la motivation intrinsèque et la modération de l’engagement affectif dans le secteur de l’électricité colombien

Le secteur de l’électricité de la Colombie subit une pression croissante pour qu’il fonctionne de manière responsable. En ce sens, un climat éthique bienveillant correspond aux attentes de toutes les parties prenantes. De même, l’engagement affectif, la motivation intrinsèque et l’auto-efficacité sont des ressources personnelles essentielles à la pérennité de l’organisation. L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser l’effet modérateur de l’engagement affectif et le médiateur de la motivation intrinsèque en ce qui concerne la relation entre un climat éthique bienveillant et l’auto-efficacité au travail. Un modèle conditionnel, quantitatif-corrélationnel est utilisé. L’échantillon est composé de 448 salariés titulaires d’un diplôme universitaire. Un climat basé sur les sentiments d’amitié, d’intérêt commun et de responsabilité sociale régule les émotions et les conduit dans une direction clairement positive, ce qui nourrit l’identification affective entre la personne et l’organisation et la motivation la plus intime de l’employé ; De plus, il ajuste et augmente l’auto-efficacité au travail. La promotion des contextes de travail prosociaux est une priorité en Colombie parce que les organisations, et en particulier les organisations publiques, ne peuvent pas détourner les yeux des processus éthiques et des besoins sociaux.
