Abstract

This article is the product of the research “State of the art in methodology of legal research 1999-2003”. First, we present a reading about the practice of investigation that led to the final outcome of the research, and secondly, we present an analysis of information taken from the fifty-six texts that make up the corpus in which we sought information on methodology of legal research, analysis for which we choose Capra and Steindel-Rast (1994, pp. 16-20) as conceptual benchmarks.
