Abstract

The process of economic globalization brings significant changes in traditional forms of regulation and organization of work which can be explained by the reversal of the relationship between law, politics and economics. This paper examinesthe relationship of globalization with the structural configuration of the labor legal system and its way of dealing with labor relations and how it impacts to the right of association and collective bargaining, pointing not only the risks of globalization but also the challenges and opportunities of the trade union movement in its international dimension.
