Abstract

Simultaneously with development of intangibles market, the intellectual property law, has had an evident homogeneity around the world, in last twenty years. This way, the nexus among knowledge production and its exploitations has increased, and then the contractual relationships among university and enterprise,too. If the knowledge is apublic good, butits appropriation is possible by patent rights, this text show the influence of intellectual rights ofproperty in university's investigations (public university) and the conflicts created by this rights and the property social function concept.
