Abstract

Before the several situations over which the complex Colombian political problems occur, particularly in the background of the present time dynamics, this article intends, beyond commonplaces of interpretation, to offer a critical scope where social science concepts can converge with political reflection. To delve deeply into the several relations that war has established with the Establishment and the Law, constitutes an observation which demands a valuation of the social and culturallinks which implies new examinations of the nations reality, likewise, states the urgency of establishing different standards of understanding of the social and historical circumstances of present time. The text incites the discussion on the social and polítical problematic that weaves the weft of power and the new scenarios of competence and struggle for integration, and the social order, in the confusion of opinions and the confrontation every time more intense and intolerant in the nation.
