Abstract

Este ensayo es un producto de relatorías de lecturas realizadas en un curso curricular del programa de Ingeniería Acuícola de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad de Antioquia – Sede de Urabá. En una actividad más práctica que teórica, la intención era demostrar que en cada actividad académica genuina se genera nuevo conocimiento. Así tomamos textos que convergen en la idea del diálogo y la formación como elementos fundamentales en la construcción de un ser humano único e integral; con ellos animamos la conversación que queremos plasmar a continuación.
