Ideas para un macromarco de discusión sobre la reforma del 1444

Preámbulo: El presente inforn;e es una propuesta en construcción cuyo propósito es abrir la discusión. Hemos hecho un esfuerzo por sintetizar las discusiones sobre los temas clave alrededor de los cuales, creemos, que debe girar la reflexión y es claro que detrás de cada párrafo, frase y palabra subyacen muchas horas de conversación.
Nos proponemos incitar al diálogo que el momento requiere con urgencia para que, en forma clara y con el sólido respaldo nacional, presentemos al señor Ministro -cuando éste reconozca a los verdaderos interlocutores sobre este asunto- la idea de la universidad que queremos y podemos construir en Colombia.
