Para qué divulgar el descubrimiento del bosón de Higgs

En el presente trabajo se realiza un rápido ejercicio de divulgación sobre la partícula de Higgs —la cual explica el origen de la masa de las otras partículas elementales con una reflexión acerca del objetivo de hacer tal divulgación. Finalmente se concluye con una motivación acerca de la importancia del ejercicio divulgativo en términos generales, ilustrado con el ejemplo del bosón de Higgs.
