El Homo Internecticus: Hacia la reconfiguración de espacos y tiempos

En este texto se hace un análisis de caso sobre el impacto local de de las políticas educativas relacionadas con Internet en Medellín, Colombia. Hacen parte central del estudio los pormenores históricos del suceso en el país y el mundo, así como la posición del investigador y el contexto de desempeño de los actores. La presente temática sólo corresponde a una de las líneas analizadas y desarrolladas en el trabajo completo de investigación.
