La eficacia escolar: retos y desafíos para mejorar la calidad y la equidad en el sistema educativo colombiano

Abstract

Uno de los mayores retos que tiene el sistema educativo colombiano hoy es incrementar sus niveles de calidad y equidad; es un reto que comparten tanto políticos como administradores y educadores; el desafío es tomar decisiones que permitan construir entre todos un sistema educativo diferente. El artículo presenta una síntesis de la dinámica investigativa realizada en el mundo por conocer los elementos que contribuyen a formar estudiantes con altos niveles de calidad y establece, de acuerdo a esta evolución, los retos y desafíos que se requiere asumir para cambiar esta realidad.

Palabras clave: Eficacia escolar, calidad educativa, rendimiento escolar, equidad.
