CIRC aims for its model to be operational so that the resulting classification can be integrated into scientific information systems that facilitate the construction of bibliometric indicators for the evaluation and description of the research results of various scientific agents such as universities, departments, or researchers. In this way, they also aim to provide a guide for identifying and evaluating the quality of scientific journals in different areas of knowledge and, since it does not store files, it cannot provide direct or indirect access to the contents of scientific journals. However, it is important to note that the classification and information on journals included in CIRC may be publicly available, and some countries or institutions may provide access to this information openly.
	Dialnet It’s an online bibliographic and periodical database that provides access to a wide variety of academic and scientific content in Spanish. 	ESCI It's a database of journals that can also be accessed from Web of Science. It was created in 2015 with the aim of indexing journals that are in the process of being evaluated for inclusion in the Web of Knowledge (WoS), or journals that, although they have a recognized scientific quality in their discipline, will never be included in WoS because their field of knowledge is too limited to achieve a sufficiently high Impact Factor.
