Esta contribución a la exaltación del pensamiento y la obra de Alfonso Borrero se propone recopilar dos fragmentos de textos del Maestro sobre el tema de la interdisciplinariedad y la responsabilidad que al respecto le cabe, según él, a la universidad, en su calidad de institución de educación superior para lo superior. La intención es abrir un espacio para la profundización sobre la contribución de Borrero Cabal al desarrollo del pensamiento universitario, a modo de invitación para que ese espacio sea visitado, llenado, ampliado y puesto en uso por los profesores y los estudiantes universitarios.
