Sobre la política de evaluación

Es común entre los investigadores de la educación señalar las profundas deficiencias del sistema, tanto en cobertura como en calidad. En efecto, a pesar de los encuentros, cumbres y reuniones mundiales, hemisféricas o iberoamericanas donde se fijan políticas y propósitos conjuntos de gobiernos y organismos internacionales para su solución, el balance de dichas políticas deja mucho que desear respecto de su cumplimiento, tal vez porque dentro de cada país las condiciones para llevarlas a cabo chocan con las características reales de su economía, de la situación política o de la voluntad de la comunidad educativa para apropiarse de estos compromisos.
