Between the myth and the rite, a structural analysis of Star Wars

In this article we propose an analysis inspired by the structural approach of Claude Lévi-Strauss to understand the contemporary cultural film productions. We will take as the material of analysis the narration of the saga Star Wars, understanding it as a myth. The way in which we will drive the analysis includes the development of a theoretical and methodological frame applied to the myth. This approach will lead us to consider the importance to get deep in this kind of analysis of this cinematographic production and consider the rituals have been produce around the Star Wars in Colombia.
