Este libro presenta un acercamiento a la experiencia nasa de la salud y la enfermedad. Es un producto informado por más de treinta años de acompañamiento, según sus propias palabras, de los itinerarios terapéuticos de la gente de Tierradentro. Además, Carolina Portela y Hugo Portela nos ofrecen material para reflexionar sobre las complejidades que atraviesan las formaciones étnicas, sobre las muy intrincadas transformaciones de las fuerzas y las sustancias que ayudan a darle forma a la vida y al mundo nasa y, finalmente, sobre la práctica de la antropología médica.
