Ethical implications of the medical decisions in environments controlled by the general system of social security in health of Colombia

Existe una tendencia incontenible de los sistemas de salud actuales a organizarse cada vez más, mediante la sistematización y automatización de todos los procesos, tendencia en la que se encuentra inscrito todo el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud de Colombia. Cuanto mayor ha sido el nivel alcanzado por el sistema en la estructuración de la complejidad, gracias a la promulgación de múltiples decretos reglamentarios de la Ley, normas de los entes de dirección y de las propias Empresas Promotoras de Salud (EPS), tanto menor ha sido la perspectiva individual del médico que, poco a poco, se ha diluido en la organización y normatización de todos los procesos.
