Primeros Datos Recogidos por los Responsables de Salud.
Abstract
The importance of this report lies not only in the data it contains, but basically in the fact that it is the summary of the systematic work of the first group of HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES, organized by the Sector Team of Barrio Tejelo, with the collaboration of other officials from Center No. 22, Medellín and advisors from the National School of Public Health. This work is part of the orderly process of their theoretical and practical training as health managers (1).
The usefulness of this information will be defined fundamentally by the community itself through its Health Committee, which, together with the sector team, will define lines of action to be followed in the face of the concrete situations encountered.
In addition, it will be of great value for the Health Center, as it will provide some population and health data, unknown until now, while confirming that without the collaboration of the community it is impossible to achieve full knowledge of it. It will also serve as a basis for introducing the necessary reforms in the application of the Health Sheet in other neighborhoods and sectors, according to this first experience.
