Abstract
At this time, there are many topics under consideration by scholars of the discipline of Public Health, arising from events such as the change of government in our country, the momentum in the work of community participation and primary care recorded worldwide, the controversy over the general practitioner and the specialist, the financial crisis of our hospitals still unresolved health problems in large cities and many more on which we hear similar or contradictory opinions.
