Abstract
For all those interested in the knowledge of the country's health problems, it is well known that in the last five years, the health authorities have emphasized the structuring of a National Health System that will allow, according to the stated purposes, to expand the coverage of health services, improve their quality and make efficient use of resources. From all points of view, this is a plausible effort, which we hope will be realized in the not too distant future.
