DISCURSO PRONUNCIADO POR EL DOCTOR JORGE CARDONA OSORIO EN LA CLAUSURA DE LOS PROGRAMAS ACADEMICOS DE 1974 EN LA ESCUELA NACIONAL DE SALUD PUBLICA
Abstract
Doctor Abraham Sonis, in the prologue of his book "Medicina Sanitaria y Administración de Salud", states the following disjunctive: "The schism that awaits public health in the coming years will be the one that will separate the workers of the sector who routinely comply with the activities they consider their professional responsibility, from those who visualize their work as part of a social change in which they must play as first line agents".
