Abstract
In the first part of this presentation we intend to present some brief theoretical reflections on the problem of occupational diseases in our reality. Its purpose is to stimulate discussion and the formation of other groups to contribute ideas on the subject.
Historically, in our competitive-productive societies, medicine has been developed according to the objectives of competition. The appropriation of nature by man has been mediated by the development of social productive forces understood as an instrument of work, knowledge, cooperation, organization and division of labor.
