Percepção de Grupos de Diagnósticos Homogêneos e cultura inovadora por profissionais de enfermagem

Os profissionais de enfermagem desempenham um papel importante no Hospital no momento de implementar inovações. Desconhece-se a sua percepção diante dos Grupos de Diagnósticos Homogêneos como uma inovação. Objetivo: caracterizar a percepção dos profissionais do departamento de enfermagem sobre os Grupos de Diagnósticos Homogêneos como uma inovação, em um Hospital de alta complexidade na Colômbia. Metodologia: estudo de caso. A informação foi obtida por questionário e grupo focal. Calcularam-se estatísticos descritivos para as percepções da inovação; foram transcritos e analisados os dados do grupo focal. Resultados: a percepção da cultura inovadora foi positiva e se encontraram diferenças de acordo com a educação, posição hierárquica e sexo; as outras variáveis não foram significativas. Diante dos Grupos de Diagnósticos Homogêneos como inovação só 12,5% dos participantes os conheciam, predominando uma atitude positiva. O atributo que gerou menos entusiasmo e maior dispersão foi a complexidade dos GDH. Não houve diferenças na percepção diante dos cinco atributos por nenhuma variável demográfica. Conclusões: a homogeneidade da percepção sugere um ambiente favorável para implementar os Grupos de Diagnósticos Homogêneos.
