Abstract
The appearance of Law 80 of 1980, which reforms post-secondary education for the Republic of Colombia, implies a series of changes that affect the National School of Public Health more than other university departments, given the nature of the programs that were being offered here: university training, intermediate technical-professional training and advanced training.
