El artículo presenta tres modelos de competitividad: el de Michael Porter ( diamante de la competitividad), el del International Institute for Management Development (IMD) y el alemán de Competitividad Sistémica. A partir de ellos, Colombia ha diseflado estrategias y programas de competitividad que han tenido relevancia en los últimos años a pesar de sus modestos resultados.Downloads
