Consideraciones teóricas y técnicas sobre la entrevista clínica en telepsicología

El artículo aborda las consideraciones teóricas y técnicas sobre la entrevista clínica en telepsicología con el fin de reflexionar sobre los aspectos generales de la práctica en esta modalidad, así como los desafíos y las oportunidades que presenta para los psicólogos, ofreciendo recomendaciones concretas para su implementación. El tipo de investigación es de revisión teórica, realizado bajo el método del rastreo documental. Se destaca la importancia de la alianza terapéutica como un factor predictivo clave para los resultados del tratamiento. La telepsicología ofrece ventajas en términos de adaptabilidad y diversidad de información obtenida durante la entrevista. Sin embargo, también se enfrenta a retos y limitaciones, como la privacidad y la seguridad de los datos, la necesidad de observación y el razonamiento clínico en evaluaciones telemáticas, y la optimización del encuadre de la entrevista. Es fundamental realizar nuevos estudios para abordar estas limitaciones y retos, asegurando la efectividad y la ética en la práctica de la telepsicología en el campo de la salud mental. La telepsicología emerge como una herramienta valiosa, pero su implementación adecuada requiere un enfoque técnico y clínico cuidadoso.
