Abstract

The focus of the governance has a big potential for the study of the transformations of the public politics in Latin America, while can contribute to reveal the emergent forms of public- private interaction in the treatment of collectives problems. However, the fact of that en this focus has preponderance a positive vision of the object of study, difficult its uses in the description and analysis of those transformations in different contexts to the contexts of the develop world, in which doesn´t used to be presents characteristics that presupposes the focus: the horizontality of the relations, the cooperation, the absence of the conflict, or confidence between actors in the governance practices.

Having in count the last, this article raises that, with the purpose of that the approximation of the governance can be used for describe and analyze transformations of the public politics in the contexts how Latin America, is necessary extends the perspective in several directions that will be formulate at the end of the text.
