El Decreto 2912: Inconveniente y perjudicial para el desarrollo académico de la universidad pública

En el folleto editado por el ICFES para presentar el Decreto 2912 de 2001, se señalan como ventajas producidas por el Decreto 1444, que se derogó, las siguientes: "Fortaleció la cultura de escribir artículos, libros, etc.) que era muy frágil en el pasado; mejoró los niveles de formación académica al estimular los estudios de postgrado, aunque debe admitirse que prosperaron postgrados de discutible calidad [no sobra subrayar que- aprobados por el ICFES, gm]; fomentó, con muy desiguales resultados, la productividad académica de los profesores y mejoró considerablemente (?) los salarios de los docentes universitarios" (Pág. 7y 8).
