Abstract

Uno de los objetivos básicos del sistema escolar consiste en formar actitudes democráticas entre los estudiantes que asisten a sus aulas. La participación ciudadana es uno de los elementos que mejoran dicha formación. Sin embargo, muchas veces las declaraciones de intenciones no superan esta fase inicial. El estudio comparativo de dos universidades de España y Colombia nos permitirá comprobar cómo se formulan estos deseos y cómo se incardinan, o no, en las programaciones de los cursos de formación docente en la educación básica.
