Profesionalización docente y la noción Maestro Investigador: en perspectiva global - local

Este trabajo pretende dar cuenta de las relaciones discursivas que se entretejen a nivel global y local al tratar de direccionar la profesionalidad docente. En este marco referencial se trata de conocer el papel que juega la noción de maestro investigador en las políticas y reformas educativas y, por ende, identificar el lugar que ocupan el maestro y la pedagogía dentro de este entramado.
Se expondrá entonces que la idea de profesionalidad docente en el seno de las políticas y reformas educativas se centra, en primera instancia, en el tránsito hacia la obtención de un título, pasa por cursos de capacitación e información científica y tecnológica, hasta programas de postgrado donde se aspira a acceder a la investigación educativa y pedagógica. En segunda lugar y no menos importante, se presenta la profesionalización como estrategia que convoca a los maestros a reflexionar sobre prácticas pedagógicas orientadas al hacer en el aula, en la perspectiva de afianzar los procesos de aprendizaje. Esta estrategia se relaciona con la noción de maestro investigador o investigación docente, soportada en el enfoque de investigación-acción bajo la modalidad de investigación formativa, la cual no se presenta como un aval para obtener un titulo universitario o reconocimiento como investigador educativo.
